NRSL Ortsgruppe Darmstadt Swimming Championships Medal in Case

NRSL Ortsgruppe Darmstadt Swimming Championships Medal in Case. Constructed from a Bakelite-like material, the reverse is inscribed “Erste Großdeutsche Schwimm-Meisterschaften, Darmstadt 8.–10. Juli 1938.” The medal comes complete with its original fitted presentation case, marked for the Ortsgruppe Darmstadt. Both the medal and case remain in good condition, showing only minor age-related wear. A very attractive and hard-to-find period sports award.
