Ordering, payment, shipping and practical information.
How ordering works
- Choose “Order this item” on a product page, or “Add to cart” in the collection, and complete the checkout with your address. The object is reserved for you.
- Choose your country: the shipping costs and the total appear in the checkout.
- Pay online (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal) or transfer the total to the LDO Collectables account, quoting your order number.
- After payment is received, the item is shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping
Items are shipped only after payment has been received, within 1–3 business days.
International shipping is available. The shipping cost depends on the weight class of the item and the country of destination and is shown in the checkout. Shipments are sent insured and tracked with PostNL or, where offered, FedEx; the insurance is part of the shipping costs. Where the checkout cannot calculate the shipping costs, LDO confirms them by email before you pay.
Returns & conditions
LDO gives a lifetime guarantee of originality on every object. As a consumer you may return an object within 14 days of receiving it, and objects that do not match their description can always be returned.
