Sonnenwende 1934 (Summer Solstice Festival) refers to a Nazi-era celebration held during the early years of the Third Reich. It was part of a broader effort by the Nazi regime to replace Christian and traditional holidays with ideologically aligned “Germanic” or “pagan” festivals, rooted in what they considered ancient Germanic traditions.
