Original 1933 Hoffmann Photograph Large Size! – Hitler with Bernile Nienau (“The Führer’s Child”)
This is an original period photograph by Heinrich Hoffmann, Adolf Hitler’s personal photographer, showing Hitler in a staged, affectionate pose with a young girl—Bernile Nienau—at the Berghof in 1933. The girl in the photo, Rosa Bernile Nienau, became known as “Hitler’s child” after this image was widely circulated in the Nazi press. Unknown to the public at the time, Bernile had Jewish ancestry through her grandmother, making her classification problematic under Nazi racial laws. Despite this, Hitler maintained contact with her for a time before SS officials intervened. She died in 1943 at age 17. THe Photo is very larze in size 18cm X 26 cm and comes from the original hoffmann aterlier.
