HJ Siegeradler tinnie – Bann 121 Sieger Fähnlein 1939
So-called tombak based Siegeradler/Adler-Plakkette. This tinnie was awarded to competition winners from banns within gebiet Württemberg. The badge was unlike other worn on the tunic, attached with strings though the 3 holes. The die of this badge did not include the bann number and year, these were later added by hand. Unlike the 1938 productions, the 1939 and later years did not feature 2 prongs on the back. A lot of bann and year variations can be found. Great and seldom seen piece that is very collectable. The badge remains in worn condition with some of the holes on the end of the wings open, mostly likely miss struck in the factory process as there are additional holes visable.
