Extremely rare BDM NPEA Hubertendorf-Türnitz school triangle
€2.400,00
Finding NPEA triangles on the current market is very difficult, and this is one of the very few known examples.
The NPEA Hubertendorf-Türnitz was established after the Anschluss of Austria in 1938 at Hubertendorf Castle in Blindenmarkt, Lower Austria. This building had previously housed a BEA (Bundeserziehungsanstalt), an Austrian state boarding school for girls. The institution in fact consisted of two locations: the lower grades (Züge 1–4; classes 5–8) were housed in Türnitz, while the upper grades (Züge 5–8; classes 9–12) were accommodated in Hubertendorf itself.
The triangle remains in uniform-removed condition, with a piece of black cloth still attached to the reverse. The typical BeVo weave pattern is clearly visible underneath.
A premium triangle that almost never comes up for sale!
